Datasets under this license
- BrainMetShare
Brain MRI of patients with brain metastases, with radiologist lesion masks, built for research on automatic metastasis detection and segmentation. 156 Stanford patients with co-registered pre- and post-contrast scans, 105 with masks. Non-commercial research use only.
- CheXpert
Chest radiographs with labels for common findings taken from radiology reports, including an uncertain state, one of the standard benchmarks for multi-label chest X-ray classification. 224,316 images of 65,240 Stanford patients with 14 labels and a radiologist-labelled validation set. Non-commercial use only.
- MRNet
Clinical knee MRI exams with labels for any abnormality, ACL tear and meniscal tear taken from reports, built to train and benchmark whole-exam knee classifiers. 1,370 exams from Stanford, 120 in a hidden test set. Non-commercial research use only.
- OPAL
Brain perfusion imaging on a simultaneous PET/MRI system with oxygen-15 water in healthy controls and Moyamoya patients, shared to develop and test non-invasive perfusion methods. 120 participants with PET CBF maps, ASL, DSC and diffusion MRI around acetazolamide. Non-commercial research use.
- SKM-TEA
Raw MRI data (k-space) and images of knee scans with cartilage and meniscus masks and pathology boxes, so one set of scans can test reconstruction, segmentation and detection. 155 quantitative knee MRI scans from Stanford.
