Cardiac Atlas Project Policies and Procedures for Data Distribution to Users
Users submit a research project to the CAP Steering Committee and each contributing study, then sign a Data Distribution Agreement per study. Data may be used only for that project, not passed on without CAP approval, not used commercially without the contributors' permission, and are deleted when the project ends.

Datasets under this license
- MESA Cardiac MRI (Cardiac Atlas Project)
Cine cardiac MRI of adults without known heart disease from a multi-ethnic US population study, shared to build atlases of heart shape and function. 2,450 baseline studies with about 300 3D left ventricle models, after review by the study's contributors.
- MITEA (All data)
Three-dimensional echocardiograms of the left ventricle labelled from each person's same-day cardiac MRI, for training and testing segmentation and measurement of volumes and ejection fraction from 3D echo. 134 adults from Auckland, healthy or with heart disease, scanned twice; 536 labelled volumes.
- SCMR Consensus Contours (All data, CAP user policy accepted in the request form)
Cine cardiac MRI with left ventricle contours from seven expert core labs fused into consensus contours, kept as a reference for training readers and benchmarking contouring. 15 subjects (healthy, infarct, heart failure, hypertrophy) from three scanner makers.
