Alzheimer's Prevention Initiative ADAD Trial (API ADAD) Data Use Agreement

Data are given for a described project and may be used only for it, by the recipient's own staff. No disclosure to third parties without written consent, no re-identification, manuscripts and abstracts go to the API Administrative Review Committee for a 30-day review, analysis data must be returned on request, and an Authorized Official signs a separate electronic agreement.
