bj pr create

Open a pull request; auto-link and transition the branch's Jira ticket.

Synopsis

bj pr create [OPTIONS]

Description

Open a pull request for the current branch. When the branch name carries a Jira key (e.g. feature/PROJ-42-thing), bj fills the title from the ticket, links the PR to the issue, and transitions the ticket to the configured in-progress state. Use --no-jira to skip that, or --dry-run to preview without writing. See branch-key workflow.
